Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

- Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: 1–2 business days.

- Other Emirates: 2–4 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
